3A Molecular sieve

Effective aperture: about 3A
3A molecular sieve is mainly used for adsorbing water and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3A. According to the industrial application characteristics, the molecular sieve we produce has faster adsorption speed, more regeneration times, higher crushing strength and anti pollution ability, which improves the utilization efficiency of the molecular sieve and extends its service life. It is the preferred desiccant for gas-liquid phase deep drying, refining, and polymerization in the petroleum and chemical industries.

Application: Mainly used for drying petroleum cracking gas, acetylene, refinery gas, and oilfield gas, it is an industrial desiccant for chemical,  and insulating glass industries.

Regeneration:

1. Moisture removal: depends on the pressure, temperature, and moisture content of the regenerated gas. In general, dry gas at 200-350 ºC is passed through a molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.3-0.5kg/cm2 for 3-4 hours to reach an outlet temperature of 110-180 ºC and then cooled.

2. Organic matter removal: Replace organic matter with water vapor and then remove water.

Storage:

Room temperature, relative humidity not exceeding 90%; Not suitable for direct exposure to air; Avoid water, acid, and alkali.

Packaging 25KG per piece. Specific details can be based on customer requirements.

Shelf life: Minimum 2 years.

Attention: Avoid direct exposure of molecular sieves to air.
