RL31 is a traditional medium and low temperature methanation catalyst. The appearance of the catalyst is spherical or flake. RL32 is a medium temperature methanation catalyst with spherical or flake appearance. The catalyst has high content of active components with titanium and rare earth double accelerators as additives. It has good low-temperature activity and stable activity. It is suitable for coal to and methanation process with high operation temperature. It has the advantages of convenient loading, low operation resistance and long service life.
RL33 is a high-temperature methanation catalyst with porous column appearance. The catalyst has high content of active components and special additives. It has good activity and stable activity, and can operate stably under high temperature conditions. It is suitable for coal to and process, with convenient loading, low running resistance and long service life.
RL31 and RL32 are suitable for and hydrogen production processes with , coke oven gas, refinery gas and as raw materials and coal to processes. is generated through the methanation reaction of CO and CO2 with hydrogen, resulting in the purification of process gas in production or achievement of coal to .
